Nathan Kayes, co-founder of The Rampart Company, brings over 20+ years of experience in business operations, finance, and hands-on trades. He began his career in General Electric’s Financial Management Program, where he built a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial analysis, and process improvement across multiple business units.
After leaving corporate America, Nathan founded and operated Due North Aviation, a multi-state helicopter company serving utility and government clients. Managing all aspects of the business taught him that structure, transparency, and attention to detail are key to earning trust and delivering lasting results.
